Premier Rich Vegetable Jus

New addition to the Premier range – 5 star jus in minutes. Once made up, this versatile and tasty premier rich vegetable jus can be used as the perfect base for your reductions and sauces.

Size: 1kg tub

Yield: 8 litres

Shelf-life: 15 months

*Directions (to make 1 litre of Vegetable Jus):

  1. Simply whisk or stir 125g of premier Jus concentrate into 1 litre of warm water in a suitable saucepan.
  2. Bring to the boil stirring constantly and allow to simmer for 5 minutes.
  3. Your premier jus is now ready to use.

Vegetable Stock (Water, Carrot, Onion, Leek, Celeriac, Tomato, Garlic), Modified Tapioca Starch, Glucose Syrup, Yeast Extracts, Salt, Maltodextrin, Flavourings, Colour (Caramel), Dextrose, Vegetable Oils (Sunflower, Olive, Rapeseed), Sugar, Herbs, Spice.
