Our team of highly experienced chefs work hand in hand with our technical department to create a seamless product development process. Within the team we have an accumulated 180+ years of experience, specialist knowledge and understanding of natural ingredients.
The majority of our standard liquid and powdered stocks and gravies are available in large format packaging to manufacturers, offering the same premium taste and performance that foodservice chefs have been enjoying since 1995.
Our products are made in the United Kingdom in a purpose-built, gluten-free facility, which is accredited to BRC Standards, ensuring that they are of the highest quality.
We use only the best ingredients, so that all the products deliver an authentic taste and flavour, which is particularly appealing to the requirements of ready meal, soup and pie manufacturers.
We do not use any MSG, HVP, preservatives, hydrogenated oils or GM materials.
Our development personnel are fully conversant with current food safety issues and maintain a close watching brief on EU Regulations & Directives.
