

3kg Beef brisket, prepped
1ltr Essential Cuisine Signature Beef Jus
200ml Rich Sauces Alfee's Tomato Ketchup
60g Essential Cuisine Street Food Chef American BBQ Style Seasoning
100g Onion
100g Carrot
2g Bayleaf
2g Rosemary
2g Thyme
500g Crispy onions
1. In an oven proof dish place all the ingredients except the crispy onions
2. Braise for 2-3 hours at 160C or until the beef is cooked through. Remove from the stock. Wrap in clingfilm and press overnight.
34. Strain the sauce and reduce on the stove until it becomes thick.
4. Dice the beef into desired size. Bake in the oven at 170C for 10 minutes until hot all the way through. Coat with the glaze and roast at 200C for 3-5 minutes until sticky and crispy.
