

10 Prebaked pizza bases
700g Tofoo Lightly Spiced Cubes
1ltr Passata
50g Essential Cuisine Street Food Chef American BBQ Style Seasoning
2 Courgettes, sliced
3 Red peppers, deseeded and sliced
2 Red onions, peeled and sliced into small segments
30 Cherry tomatoes
5 Pickled gherkins, sliced
200g Grated chedder
100g Grated parmesan
2 Chilies, finely shredded
250ml Rich Sauces GTMS Garlic Mayonnaise
Watercress for garnish
1. Roast the courgettes, peppers and onion at 200°C (fan 180°C) for 20–25 minutes, until they’re tender and slightly caramelised.
2. Simmer the passata with the Street Food Chef American BBQ Style Seasoning. Spread a thin layer on each pizza base
3. Scatter the Tofoo, roast veg, cherry tomatoes and gherkins over the bases. Bake for 10 minutes on 180C. sprinkle with the cheddar cheese and bake for another 5 minutes.
4. Top with the parmesan and chilies and garnish with the watercress. Dress with the Rich Sauces GTMS Garlic Mayonnaise.
