2.5kg crinkle cut fries
50ml rapeseed oil
1kg ribeye steak, thinly sliced
50g Essential Cuisine SFC BBQ Seasoning
300g onion, peeled and finely sliced
150g green pepper, deseeded and finely sliced
500g grated mozzarella
1. Preheat a fryer to 180c.
2. Place a large frying pan over a medium heat, add 25ml oil, then the onions and peppers. Cook slowly for 15 minutes, then add the Essential Cuisine SFC BBQ Seasoning, cooking for a further 5 minutes.
3. Fry the fries as packet instructions and place another large frying pan over a high heat. Fry the steak for a couple of minutes, then add the onions & peppers.
4. Place the fries between serving dishes, top with the steak mix, top each dish with the mozzarella & place under a grill to melt the cheese.
5. Serve.
