4kg Baby back ribs, membrane removed
450g Street Food Chef American BBQ Style Seasoning
250g Ketchup
250g Brown sauce
15g Worcestershire sauce
100g Dark brown sugar
1. Preheat the oven to 180°c.
2. Sprinkle 400g of the Street Food Chef American BBQ Style Seasoning evenly over the ribs & gently rub it in.
3. Wrap up the ribs in foil & place in the oven to cook for 2 hours.
4. Place all the remaining ingredients for the BBQ sauce, including the additional 50g of Street Food Chef American BBQ Style Seasoning, in a saucepan & bring to the boil to dissolve the sugar.
5. Unwrap the ribs & brush on the BBQ sauce. Place back in the oven uncovered for another 30 minutes, then brush again with the BBQ sauce & serve.
