Signature Chicken Stock Reduction

Made from 100% natural ingredients our Reduced Chicken Stock has a naturally occurring gelatinous sticky mouth feel, with all the attributes of a kitchen-made stock.

Size: 1 litre carton (ready to use)
Yield: 6 litres (6 cartons per case)
Shelf-life: 12 months


Reduced Chicken Stock (made from Water, Chicken Bones, Carrot, Onion, Leek, Rosemary, Thyme, Ground Black Pepper, Bay Leaf).

For a chicken cream sauce simply sweat some shallots in a little butter, add and reduce white wine, add our chicken stock and finish with double cream, season and garnish.
When used as it is, this Reduced Chicken Stock can be added directly into sauces and jus such as Chicken and Tarragon Cream Sauce.
Ideal at this concentration for risottos, soups, casseroles and stews.
Opened cartons must be refrigerated for up to 3 days storage.
