Signature Red Wine Jus

Made from the finest ingredients, this Signature Red Wine Jus has all the taste and performance of a finished kitchen-made jus; a clean flavour, a mirror-like sheen, and that viscous mouth-feel. Signature Red Wine Jus has excellent holding qualities, so it can be reheated, extended or finished to your own recipe. What takes the chef hours to make can be produced in just minutes.

Reduced Beef Stock (made from Water, Beef Bones, Onion, Tomato Puree, Carrot, Leek, Garlic, Salt, Ground Black Pepper, Thyme, Rosemary, Bay Leaf), Red Wine (7.7%) (Contains Sulphites),Red Wine Vinegar (Contains Sulphites), Caramelised Sugar, Brown Sugar.

Fry off some shallots and mushrooms in butter with a little thyme to make a classic Bourguignon sauce.
