75g garlic, peeled and roughly chopped
100g onion, peeled and roughly chopped
50g spring onion, chopped
20g smoked paprika
90g fresh coriander
300ml gluten free beer
2 oranges, juiced and zested
2 grapefruit, juiced and zested
6 limes, juiced and zested
60ml rapeseed oil
1. Place all the ingredients into a food processor and blitz until smooth.
2. For best results marinate meat overnight, fish and shellfish maximum of 1 hour.
