Directions for use:
Hob: To heat to 50-60ºC, simply place the required amount of sauce into a suitable saucepan and gently heat through on low heat, stirring continuously to prevent burning.
Microwave: For best results, empty contents (1 ltr) into a microwaveable container and cover. To heat to 50-60ºC, cook (category D-750W) for 4 minutes. Remove the cover and whisk briskly to give the sauce a light, airy texture.
