For a creamier sauce, use milk instead of water – use 120g of dry power to 1 litre of cold milk.
Use Béchamel Sauce mix to create a velvety smooth velouté, using 125g of mix with 1 litre of Fish or Chicken stocks, great for banqueting sauces and pie fillings.
Make up and add to the cooking process of your scrambled eggs to keep them moist during service.
