150g sliced ham
150g Essential Cuisine Bechamel Sauce
800ml Cold Water
1tsb English Mustard
8g Essential Cuisine Cheese Stock Mix
150g Cheddar Cheese, Grated
6 Egg Yolks
2 Tsp Worcestershire Sauce
1.2kg sliced sourdough
1. Mix the Essential Cuisine Bechamel Sauce with the water, mustard and Worcestershire sauce. Bring to the boil, whisking constantly. Simmer for 2 minutes
2. Add most of the cheese and the beaten egg yolks
3. Toast or grill the sourdough. Spread a little of the cheese sauce on to the sourdough. Lay a slice of ham on half of the sourdough slices and top with the other half of the sourdough slices, cheese sauce side down
4. Top with more of the cheese sauce, sprinkle with the remaining cheese and grill until golden brown
