A mild cheese based stock which can replace up to 75 percent of cheese in a cheese sauce. Ideal for cheesy mash, classic cheese sauce, bread and batter mixes and risottos, it can also be added to flour dusting mixes for goujons and is delicious in vegetarian dishes.

Directions for use: Simply add the required amount of mix to boiling water and stir. The mix will instantly dissolve, leaving only its great depth of flavour.
