Cheese
Stock Mix

A mild cheese based stock which can replace up to 75 percent of cheese in a cheese sauce. Ideal for cheesy mash, classic cheese sauce, bread and batter mixes and risottos, it can also be added to flour dusting mixes for goujons and is delicious in vegetarian dishes.

Size: 600g tub
Yield: 30 litres (based on 16g of stock per litre)
Shelf-life: 18 months

Chef'sTips

Add to breadcrumbs for tasty fish goujons.
Add to your scone mix for delicious cheese scones.
Use as a coating for home made crisps, make them as you would, and sprinkle the cheese stock to give a great flavour.
Ideal for cheesy mash, classic cheese sauce, bread and batter mixes and risottos.
When comparing stocks, always taste diluted in hot water at the recommended dosage.
