Get the charcoal warm and the meat at the ready! No summer day is complete without succulent Barbecued Pork Spare Ribs, and we have two delicious recipe ideas to get your teeth into.

For a more traditional flavour, marinate the meat in Pork Glace overnight, or, if you fancy a bit more of a fusion kick, use the Master Stock Base to create an oriental twist.
