We often take widely available ingredients like eggs for granted but this year British Lion unveil a new campaign for 2021, British Egg Week (4th – 10th October). Partnered with several nutritionists and dietitians, British Lion are educating both consumers and foodservice bodies, targeting health professionals about the nutritional benefits and increasing popularity of egg consumption.
