100ml full fat milk

2tbsp natural yoghurt

1 banana

150g frozen berries

50g blueberries

1tbsp chia seeds

1/2 tbsp cinnamon

2tbsp mixed seeds

1tsp honey

Method...

1. Blend all ingredients together and serve.
