This Lamb Stock mix has been expertly created to give you the taste and flavour of a traditional stock. With its robust mutton taste and body, and a hint of rosemary, this lamb stock is perfect for Irish stews, casseroles and gravies. Works well on its own or as an addition to your stockpot.

Directions for use: Simply add the required amount of mix to boiling water and stir. The mix will instantly dissolve, leaving only its great depth of flavour.
