Lamb Stock Mix

This Lamb Stock mix has been expertly created to give you the taste and flavour of a traditional stock. With its robust mutton taste and body, and a hint of rosemary, this lamb stock is perfect for Irish stews, casseroles and gravies. Works well on its own or as an addition to your stockpot.

Yield: 40 litres (based on 16g of stock per litre)
Shelf-life: 18 months

Chef'sTips

Add the made up Lamb Stock to your Moroccan Couscous. For extra flavour, finish with a spoon of Lamb Glace.
For light soups, sauces and risotto, just use 12g of Essential Cuisine Lamb Stock Mix per litre of water.
When comparing stocks, always taste diluted in hot water at the recommended dosage.
