Chef'sTips

Lamb glace with freshly chopped mint mixed with Hollandaise for grilled lamb cutlets.
Stir into Premier Veal Jus with fresh rosemary and redcurrants to accompany roast lamb dishes.
Use as a dressing for a warm lamb fillet salad.
Stir into braised lamb dishes such as shanks, Lancashire hotpot and stews to enrich and colour.
Brush onto grilled lamb as a glaze before serving.
