Ingredients...

1.25kg kale – stalked removed

45ml olive oil

75g Essential Cuisine Zesty Chermoula Seasoning

Method...

  1. Preheat the oven to 220ºC.

  2. Rinse the kale under cold running water and dry the leaves very well, in a salad spinner if you have one. Cut out the centre stalks, then cut the kale into 5cm slices

  3. Place the kale on a baking tray and drizzle over the olive oil & shake over the Essential Cuisine Zesty Chermoula Seasoning, giving it a good mix.

  4. Roast in the oven for 20 minutes, turning halfway through cooking, until crisp at the edges.
