Ingredients...

80g cocoa pops

20g honey

80g butter

250ml double cream

250ml whole milk

350g cream cheese

85g Essential Cuisine Crème Anglaise Powder

200g dark chocolate

50g white chocolate

Method...

  1. Whisk the milk, 125ml double cream and the Essential Cuisine Crème Anglaise Powder together. bring to a boil and simmer for 4 minutes, whisking all the time. Pour over the dark chocolate and whisk until smooth. Set aside to cool

  2. Melt the butter and honey together. mix into the crushed cocoa pops. Push flat and set in a 10” flan ring

  3. Beat the cream cheese into the chocolate crème anglaise mix. Pour onto the cocoa pops. Smooth the top. Melt the white chocolate and pipe cobweb patterns on top
