Ingredients...

1kg lean pork shoulder, diced

45ml olive oil

10g dried oregano

60ml lemon juice

6g hot paprika

30g garlic, finely chopped

60g Essential Cuisine Zesty Chermoula Style Seasoning

400g red pepper, deseeded and cut into large dice

10 metal skewers

Method...

  1. Preheat heat a grill to maximum.In a large bowl mix the oil, oregano, lemon juice, paprika, garlic and Essential Cuisine Zesty Chermoula Seasoning. Add the pork and leave for 2 hours to marinate.

  2. Take the skewers. Thread the pork and the peppers, alternating between pork and pepper. Grill for 5 minutes on each side, or until cooked and golden brown.

  3. Serve with rice, salad and sauce of your choice.
