60g Essential Cuisine Street Food Chef Fragrant Thai Style Seasoning.
30ml Fresh lime juice.
10g Chopped fresh coriander.
15g Peeled and crushed garlic.
15g Peeled and grated fresh ginger.
10g Deseeded and finely chopped green chilli.
150ml Light soy sauce.
100g Dark brown sugar.
100ml Water.
100ml Rapeseed oil.
1. Place all the ingredients in a large bowl and whisk together thoroughly.
2. Brush the marinade over the chosen fish and allow to marinade for at least 30 minutes before cooking.
