10 x 150g pork loin steaks
1 pineapple – peeled & cored
Marinade
45g chipotle paste
30g Street Food Chef Dark Mexican Seasoning
10g garlic powder
8g dried oregano
8g cumin
5g salt
170ml cider vinegar
250ml pineapple juice
1. In a large bowl add all the marinade ingredients & whisk until smooth. Add the pork mix well, cover & place in the fridge overnight
2. Preheat a BBQ
3. Place the pork & pineapple on the BBQ cooking for 10 minutes, turning once
4. Serve
