40g garlic and ginger paste
75g Essential Cuisine Jalfrezi Seasoning
10g sugar
1.5kg Essential Cuisine Curry Onion Sauce
100g tomato passata
1.5kg cooked protein
1. Heat a little oil in a pan. Fry the garlic and ginger until aromatic.
2. Add the EC Jalfrezi Seasoning and sugar and cook for 30 seconds.
3. Add the Curry Onion Sauce and the passata.
4. Bring to a boil and reduce to a simmer for 5 minutes.
5. Add protein if required (make sure it is fully heated through).
