1kg Popcorn chicken or Chicken strips
20 Waffles
200ml Honey
20g Essential Cuisine Street Food Chef American BBQ Style Seasoning
10 Rice paper sheets
20g Essential Cuisine Chicken Stock Mix
100g Flapjack
1. Mix the Street Food Chef BBQ Style Seasoning and honey together and place in a pan. Heat to 75°C.
2. Fry or oven roast the chicken until crispy warm the waffles in the oven.
3. Blend the flapjack and make a crumb. Place it in the oven and heat.
4. To make chicken skin. Deep fry the rice paper and roll in Chicken Stock Mix.
5. Build the dish with the toasted waffle, chicken and crumb. Pour over the hot BBQ honey and top with the chicken skin.
