Vegetable Vegan Stock Mix
A blend of golden vegetables with depth of flavour and balance that makes our Vegetable Halal Stock perfect for all your recipes. Whether it is Soup, Pasta or a Tomato Sauce, look no further. Approved by the Halal Food Authority.

Shelf-life: 18 months
Directions for use: Simply add the required amount of mix to boiling water and stir. The mix will instantly dissolve, leaving only its great depth of flavour.

Chef'sTips
Why not use as a warm drizzle, mixed with olive oils, sage, roasted garlic and lemon juice to create an interesting dressing.
Spoon directly into your sauce bases, reductions, meat juices or stews. It makes great gravy!
When comparing stocks, always taste diluted in hot water at the recommended dosage.
For light soups, sauces and risotto, just use 12g of Essential Cuisine Stock Mix per litre of water.
