30ml Vegetable oil.
5x225g Sirloin steaks.
50g Essential Cuisine Street Food Chef Fragrant Thai Style Seasoning.
200g Red onion, peeled and finely sliced.
500g Cucumber, shredded.
300g Pak choi, shredded.
50g Lemongrass, very finely sliced.
50ml Nam pla fish sauce.
30g Red chilli, deseeded and finely sliced.
5g Mint leaves, picked.
100g Spring onions, finely sliced.
5g Chopped coriander and basil.
Salt and freshly ground pepper, to taste
1. Heat the oil in a suitable frying pan, season the steaks on both sides with the Street Food Chef Fragrant Thai Style Seasoning and fry until medium rare.
2. Remove from the pan and set aside to rest, then thinly slice across the grain and place in a large bowl.
3. Add the remaining ingredients and season to taste, mix well. Serve at room temperature and enjoy.
