1kg spam, 3 blocks
240g flour
6 eggs, lightly beaten
500g panko breadcrumbs
Salt to taste
1. Preheat a fryer to 180 degrees.
2. Cut the block of spam lengthways into 6 slices and cut each slice into 4 even matchsticks. Repeat with the other 2.
3. Pane the spam matchsticks.
4. Fry the spam fries in batches, season.
5. Serve with the cheesy kimchi dipping sauce.
