

50g Indian Inspired Tikka Seasoning
300g thick natural yoghurt (or plant based alternative)
20g fresh coriander, chopped
10ml lemon juice
10ml maple syrup
10ml rapeseed oil
100g onion, peeled and finely chopped
15g garlic, peeled and finely chopped
Salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
1. Blend all the ingredients thoroughly together in a large bowl, season with salt and pepper to taste.
2. Marinade the chosen protein or plant based alternative for a minimum of 3 hours before cooking.
