

5 Large carrots, peeled and cut to batons
4 Parsnips, peeled and cut to batons
40g Essential Cuisine Street Food Chef Zesty Chermoula Seasoning
10 Yorkshire pudding wraps
1kg Sage and onion pre-made stuffing
2 litres Essential Cuisine No1 Savoury Gravy Mix ( made up as per instructions)
1. Sprinkle the carrots and parsnips with half the Street Food Chef Zesty Chermoula Seasoning and roast for 30 minutes until starting to caramelise.
2. Slice the Smoked Tofoo into batons and season with the remaining Street Food Chef Zesty Chermoula Style Seasoning. Bake for 5-6 minutes until starting to brown.
3. Spread the pre-made sage and onion stuffing evenly onto a lined baking tray and bake for 10–15 minutes at 180°C until piping hot. Once baked, cut into equal portions (or roll into sausages if preferred) and keep warm for assembly.
4. Heat the wraps for 4-5 minutes in the oven.
5. Wrap a portion of the the vegetables, stuffing and the Tofoo tightly into one Yorkshire pudding wrap. Repeat until 10 portions are made.
6. Serve with the hot No1 Savoury Gravy as a dipping sauce.
