

1kg Essential Cuisine Curry Onion Sauce
400g Chopped tomatoes
35g Tomato puree
100g Essential Cuisine Indian Inspired Tikka Seasoning
600g Minced beef
150ml Essential Cuisine Street Food Chef Bombay BBQ Inspired Sauce
50g Fresh coriander
30g Fresh diced tomato
30g Fresh diced red onion
30g Sliced Spring onion
10 Eggs
1. Make the meatballs by blending the mice with 50g of the Indian Inspired Tikka Seasoning and 50ml of the Street Food Chef Bombay BBQ Inspired Sauce. Ball into 20g balls.
2. Make the Bombay tomato sauce by placing the Curry Onion Sauce in a pan with the chopped tomatoes, tomato puree and Indian Inspired Tikka Seasoning and slowly heat.
3. Make the salsa by mixing all the pre-diced tomato, red onion and sliced spring onion. Just before serving fold in the Essential Cuisine Bombay BBQ Inspired Sauce.
4. Roast the meatballs and then add into the sauce. Place in oven proof serving, make a well and crack an egg in the middle. Bake in the oven until the white is cooked. Make sure the yolk is still golden and runny.
5. Serve with the Bombay salsa on top and chopped coriander.
Chefs Tip: Reduce the sauce by 50% and serve on a toasted naan for a open breakfast naan
