40g garlic and ginger paste
75g Essential Cuisine Tikka Seasoning
1.5kg Essential Cuisine Curry Onion Sauce
400ml coconut milk
5g lime juice
1.5kg cooked protein
1. Heat a little oil in a pan. Fry the garlic and ginger until aromatic.
2. Add the EC Tikka Seasoning and cook for 30 seconds.
3. Add the Curry Onion Sauce, and coconut milk, bring to the boil, and reduce to a simmer for 5 minutes.
4. Add the lime juice. Taste. Add a little salt and protein if required (make sure it is fully heated through).
