Chef'sTips
Why not use as a warm drizzle, mixed with olive oils, sage, roasted garlic and lemon juice to create an interesting dressing.
When comparing stocks, always taste diluted in hot water at the recommended dosage.
For light soups, sauces and risotto, just use 12g of Essential Cuisine Stock Mix per litre of water.
Spoon directly into your sauce bases, reductions, meat juices or stews. It also makes great gravy!
