50g Essential Cuisine Street Food Chef BBQ Style Seasoning
20g Fresh Parsley
8g Salt
10 Breakfast muffins
10 Eggs
50g Essential Cuisine Indian Inspired Jalfrezi Seasoning
10g Chives
10 Large hash browns
100ml Essential Cuisine Street Food Chef Smoky El Diablo Inspired Sauce
1. Make the pork patties by blitzing the mince with the Street Food Chef American BBQ Style Seasoning and salt. Once combined add chopped parsley. Form into pork patties and refrigerate to firm up. This is best if done 24hrs before serving.
2. Pan fry the patties and finish in the oven until cooked. Whilst cooking deep fry the hash brown until crispy and fry an egg. When cooking the egg, sprinkle the Indian Inspired Jalfrezi Seasoning on top and chopped chives.
3. To serve toast the muffin and load up with the hash brown, pork pattie, fried egg and then the Street Food Chef Smoky El Diablo Inspired Sauce.
