2kg chicken thighs – boneless & skinless
60g garlic – peeled & crushed
180ml gluten free soy sauce
75ml lime juice
35ml olive oil
3g dried oregano
100g Street Food Chef Chermoula Seasoning
Green sauce
50g green chilli – deseeded & chopped
100g coriander – chopped
50g spring onion – chopped
25g garlic purée
300g mayonnaise
140g Greek yoghurt
35ml lime juice
5g salt
75ml olive oil
1. In a large bowl add all the chicken ingredients & mix well. Add the chicken, mix to coat. Clingfilm & place in the fridge overnight
2. Preheat a BBQ
3. Combine all the ingredients for the green sauce in a blender. Blitz until a smooth sauce in achieved, transfer to a bowl until ready to serve
4. Remove chicken from the marinade & shake off any excess. Place on the grill, cooking for 6 minutes on either side
5. Serve hot with the green sauce drizzled over & extra on the side
