70g Essential Cuisine Asian Miso Base
25g golden caster sugar
1. Mix the mirin with the Essential Cuisine Asian Miso Base. Add the sugar and whisk in.
2. Cut the courgettes in half, score deeply and sprinkle with salt. Brush with sesame oil.
3. BBQ on a high heat until starting to brown. Turn over and grill for a further 2 minutes.
4. Move to a low heat. Brush with the miso base, turning every minute and brushing again.
5. Cook until they are soft.
Why not try replacing the courgette with aubergine. Use baby vegetables instead, serve with pickled mooli!
