2 tsp Essential Cuisine Vegetable Mirepoix Glace
6 tsp olive oil Fresh basil
1. Slice the cauliflower into inch thick “steaks”.
2. Mix the Essential Cuisine Vegetable Mirepoix Glace with the olive oil.
3. Bruise the basil leaves and mix into the oil. Leave for 10 minutes.
4. Brush the cauliflower steaks with the oil and grill on a high heat for 2-3 minutes.
5. Move to a cool part of the BBQ, constantly turning and brushing the steaks until they are soft.
Use sweet potato as another vegan alternative!
