x20 Pretzels
1 litre Essential Cuisine Service Ready American Style Cheese Sauce
100g Nigella Seeds
100g flake rock salt
100g softened butter
Method...
1. Brush Pretzels with softened butter and place pretzels in the oven and heat until slightly crispy and glazed.
2. Gently simmer Service Ready American Style Cheese Sauce until piping hot.
3. Top pretzels with nigella seeds and salt and slice in medium chunks.
4. Plate by placing the Service Ready American Style Cheese Sauce in sauce pot and surround with pretzel chunks.
