50ml Olive oil
1. Marinade Burgers in the Street Food Chef American BBQ Style Seasoning and olive oil.
2. Place burgers in a hot pan or bbq until centre reaches 72 degrees Celsius (for medium rare quality aim for 57 degrees Celsius).
3. Heat the Service Ready American Style Cheese Sauce on a gentle simmer until 72 degrees Celsius.
4. Place fries in fryer and cook for recommended length until crisp.
5. Toast brioche buns and start to build with burger, Street Food Chef Memphis Champion Inspired BBQ Sauce, tomato, pickled red onion repeated. Add fries to the dish.
6. Place a cutter on top of the burger, in the centre, and gently fill with American cheese sauce, remove when ready to serve to customer.
