120ml Essential Cuisine Service Ready American Style Cheese Sauce
1. Cook the hot dogs on a griddle pan or BBQ until core temp reaches 72 degrees Celsius.
2. Place waffle fries in deep fat fryer and cook for recommended cooking time. Finish with salt and pepper seasoning.
3. Heat the Service Read American Style Cheese Sauce on a gentle simmer.
4. Build hot dog by placing the hot dog in the hot dog bun, top with sliced jalapeno, Service Ready Americn Style Cheese Sauce, Street Food Chef Smoky El Diablo Inspired Sauce, crispy onions, pickled red onions and chopped coriander.
5. Place waffle fries in same service tray and serve.
