1.25kg sweet potato
250g crème fraiche
Maple zesty butter
200ml maple syrup
36g Street Food Chef Chermoula Seasoning
1. Preheat a BBQ
2. Place the sweet potatoes on the BBQ & cook for around 45 minutes.
3. Melt the butter in a pan over a low heat on the BBQ, add the Street Food Chef Chermoula Seasoning & maple syrup, then set aside.
4. Cut the sweet potatoes in half lengthways. Crosshatch the flesh. Drizzle with the zesty butter over the potatoes & finish with the crème fraiche. Serve.
