This week, Loughborough College opened their doors and welcomed Business Development Managers, Kay Derbyshire and Gary Kilminster and Development Chef, Robin Dudley for an inspirational kitchen takeover.
With the return of the Hotel Restaurant & Catering Show in London’s Excel, following the pandemic, Essential Cuisine were delighted to welcome British Army Chef Major, Shaun Collins-Lindsay, Chairman of the Combined Services Culinary Arts Team to work as part of the team on the stand.
The Joint Culinary Training Exercise (JTCE) was founded in 1973 and is the largest military culinary competition in North America with a mission to offer military chefs the opportunity to sharpen their culinary skills, benefiting military diners in troop facilities in garrison and on the battlefield.
On Wednesday 23rd February, the Welsh International Culinary Championships organised by the Welsh Culinary Association returned to North Wales. The Championships have been running successfully for 24 years only taking breathe for the COVID pandemic.
