40g tomato purée
40g garlic and ginger paste
75g Essential Cuisine Rogan Josh Seasoning
1.5kg Essential Cuisine Curry Onion Sauce
100g natural yoghurt
1.5kg cooked protein
1. Heat a little oil in a pan. Fry the garlic and ginger paste until aromatic.
2. Add the tomato purée and fry for 30 seconds.
3. Add the EC Rogan Josh Seasoning and fry for 30 seconds.
4. Add the Curry Onion Sauce and the yoghurt. Bring to a boil and reduce to a simmer for 5 minutes.
5. Add protein if required (make sure it is fully heated through).
