1kg lamb mince
50g Street Food Chef Persian Style Seasoning
5g garlic powder
5g onion granules
16g Essential Cuisine Lamb Stock Mix
10 pitta breads
5 tomatoes, quartered
1 cucumber, sliced
4 baby gem lettuce, sliced
Essential Cuisine Smoky El Diablo Inspired Sauce optional
Pickled chillies, optional
1. Preheat the oven to 180°c.
2. In a mixer bowl, add the mince lamb, Street Food Chef Persian Style Seasoning, Essential Cuisine Lamb Stock Mix, garlic powder, onion granules & beat for 5 minutes to break down the meat. Place in a suitable baking dish, making sure to push it down.
3. Bake for 40 minutes, then turn over, cover & bake for another 40
minutes.
4. Once cooked, leave to rest for 10 minutes before slicing as thin as
possible.
5. Build your kebabs with the lettuce, tomato, cucumber & doner meat, adding the pickled chillies & Street Food Chef Smoky El Diablo Inspired Sauce if required.
6. Serve.
