x10 Brioche burger buns
50ml Olive oil
1. Marinade Burgers in Street Food Chef American BBQ Style Seasoning and olive oil. Place burgers in a hot pan or BBQ until fully cooked and piping hot.
2. Heat the Service Ready American Style Cheese Sauce until piping hot
3. Place fries in a 180c fryer and cook until golden brown and crisp.
4. Toast brioche buns and start to build with burger, Street Food Chef Memphis Champion Inspired BBQ Sauce, tomato, pickled red onion repeated. Add fries to the dish.
5. Place a cutter in the centre of the burger and fill with Service Ready American Style Cheese Sauce, remove when ready to serve to customer.
