Winsford Party In The Park!
Essential Cuisine were proud to attend the Winsford Sustainability Partners’ Party in the Park on Saturday 21st June 2025, a fantastic day filled with fun, food, and family-friendly activities, all in support of a greener future!
Hosted by the Winsford Sustainability Partners (WSP), a passionate local community group focused on tackling climate change, protecting nature, and promoting the health benefits of sustainable living, the event brought together people from across Winsford to celebrate positive action🌍💚.

We were especially proud to support Claire Owen, Health, Safety & Environmental Co-ordinator at Solina Coatings UK (part of the Solina Group) and a dedicated WSP member, who played a key role in organising the event. Claire joined us on the Essential Cuisine stand, encouraging the community to sign up for WSP’s sustainability newsletter and spreading the word about the groups important mission.
Our team was out in full force with the Street Food Chef trailer, beautifully set up by Motive Graphics. Sales Manager Howard Beasley engaged with the community, sharing sustainable menu inspiration, tips, and ideas for eco-conscious cooking.
A special shoutout to Lyndsey from our Customer Care team, with her background in school kitchens, she whipped up a huge batch of delicious Vegetable Tikka Curry that was a massive hit with attendees! 👏
The curry featured:
🌱Sweet potato, spinach, chickpeas, coconut milk & more — all donated from WSP (thank you, WSP! 🙌)
🥕Tinned carrots and peas - all kindly donated from ASDA's wonky veg range (thank you ASDA!)
🍛 Elevated with Essential Cuisine’s Indian Inspired Tikka Seasoning and Curry Onion Sauce
🍞 Served with naan bread and topped with our Street Food Chef Bombay BBQ Inspired Sauce
Feedback was overwhelmingly positive, thank you to everyone who stopped by for a taste and a chat!
Our amazing team members Izzy (Marketing) and Samara (Customer Care) were on hand throughout the day, serving up curry, handing out sustainability flyers, recipe cards, and information on where to find the full Essential Cuisine range.
