Essential Cuisine are proud to share the success of their annual festive advent calendar for the fifth consecutive year, resulting in a £1000 donation to industry loved charity, Crisis.
The British supplier of stocks and sauces offered up a festive feast of prizes for the first twelve days of December, from product hampers to experience vouchers, Airpods to a FitBit watch, receiving just under 2000 entries in total.
For each entry, Essential Cuisine pledged to donate 50p to Crisis, a charity that opens their doors to people who are facing homelessness, offering much needed warmth, healthcare, food and company to people across the UK.
Senior Business Development Chef, Jonathan Harvey-Barnes said, "At a difficult time in the industry, it's great to raise awareness of this charity and to give away some early Christmas presents. We saw chefs win some amazing prizes and their reactions were priceless, it is an amazing feeling for us to put smiles on chefs faces as well as support this brilliant charity.”
