British stocks and sauces manufacturer, Essential Cuisine are hosting their charity advent calendar for the sixth consecutive year, with a feast of exclusive prizes to be won, from chef goodies to the latest tech!

Running from the 1st December – 12th December 2023, and open to working kitchens, this competition is being hosted on Instagram (@chef.essential), where entrants must follow a couple of simple steps to be in with the chance of winning.

For every entry, Essential Cuisine will donate 50p* to Crisis at Christmas, a charity the chef-led company have supported for many years. Each year, Crisis open their doors to people who are facing homelessness, offering much needed warmth, healthcare, food and company to people across the UK.

Senior Business Development Chef, Jon Harvey-Barnes added, "At a difficult time, it's great to raise awareness of this charity and to give away some early Christmas presents. Get entering and make a difference!"

• Competition opens on 1st December 2023 and formally closes on 12th December 2023. Any entrants after the closing date will not be eligible.
• By entering this competition, the entrant will be deemed to be bound by and have accepted these terms and conditions.
• This competition is being hosted on Instagram (@chef.essential) whereby 12 prizes will be advertised for the first 12 days of December.
• Each day, a prize will be launched at 9am and the winner will be announced at 9pm from Essential Cuisine’s account only (@chef.essential). 
• To be in the chance of winning, an entrant is required to “like” the specific post; follow Essential Cuisine’s Instagram account (@chef.essential) and tag a fellow chef in the comments section (each tag equates to 1 entry) and for an additional entry, individuals can share the competition on their Instagram story (optional).
• All entrants must be bona fide UK caterers, aged 18 years or over.
• Essential Cuisine comply with GDPR legislations and your details will never be shared with any 3rd parties.
• At 9pm each day, a winner will be selected at random and contacted by Essential Cuisine’s Instagram account (@chef.essential), whereby the winner will be asked for their full name and business address.
• Prizes will only be sent to valid UK business addresses. Any request that we deem to be ineligible will not receive their item, however a member of our team will contact you if necessary.
• Please allow 28 days for delivery of items.
• There are no substitute products or cash alternatives. The prize is non negotiable. 
• No purchase or entry fee is required to partake in this competition. 
• Entries will only be accepted on Essential Cuisine’s Instagram account (@chef.essential). 
• Responsibility cannot be taken for dispatched items lost, damaged or delayed whether due to technical problems or otherwise.
• The promotors’ decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into regarding disputes of prize winner.
• Essential Cuisine reserve the right to withdraw this promotion without prior notice.

*Essential Cuisine are proud to be supporting Crisis at Christmas for another year, whereby the stocks and sauces manufacturer will be donating 50p per entry. The donation will be capped at 2000 entries / £1000.
