As part of the prestigious International Salon Culinaire, this competition celebrates the creativity, passion, and skill of chefs working in the pub dining sector - a cornerstone of British culinary heritage.
The event will take place on Wednesday, 19th March 2025, at the Hotel, Restaurant & Catering Show at ExCeL London. Competitors will be tasked with creating the ultimate Pub Classic, featuring venison or pheasant as the hero ingredient, in just 45 minutes. With a focus on seasonal ingredients, competitive pricing, and a modern twist on tradition, the competition is set to showcase the very best of pub cuisine.
